Shipping Policy

Service Area
Orders are delivered to physical addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or any U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not process international orders or ship to any destination outside the United States.

Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days following the date the order is placed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays observed in the United States (such as Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided during checkout. This email contains the carrier name and a tracking number. Please keep this email for your reference.

Delivery Timeframes
After the shipping confirmation is sent, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days. This is the transit time from our fulfillment facility to your shipping address. The total time from order placement to delivery is approximately 4 to 8 business days, combining the 1 to 2 day processing period and the 3 to 6 day transit period.

Carrier Assignment
The delivery carrier is determined automatically based on the destination zip code and the package weight. Carriers used may include the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. Customers cannot select a specific carrier at checkout. The assigned carrier will be identified in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is provided at no cost to all customers with delivery addresses in the contiguous United States. This offer has no minimum order value requirement. No handling fees, fuel surcharges, or residential delivery fees are added to your order total.

Tracking Your Shipment
The tracking number included in your shipping confirmation can be used on the carrier’s official website to view the current status of your package. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of the carrier receiving the package. If tracking information does not appear after 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not able to modify the shipping address after an order has been confirmed. If a package is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at the email address provided in the Contact Us section. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier, which may take 5 to 10 business days to complete. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, at your option.

Delivery Attempts
Carriers typically make one or two delivery attempts before holding the package at a local facility for pickup. If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling. We are not responsible for delays caused by missed deliveries.

Holiday Shipping Schedules
During peak holiday periods (such as Thanksgiving through New Year), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and carrier capacity constraints. We recommend placing holiday orders at least 10 business days before the desired delivery date.
