Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. The delivery date is the date shown on the carrier’s tracking record as “delivered.” Return requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging materials (including hang tags, poly bags, and boxes) are intact and included with the return.
- The item has a confirmed quality issue, defined as a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching that has come undone, a zipper that does not close properly, a print that is peeling or misaligned) or physical damage that occurred before delivery (e.g., stains, tears, dents, or missing parts).
- You provide a clear photograph showing the quality issue when you submit your return request.
Returns for the following reasons are not accepted:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Selecting the wrong size (unless the item is defective)
- Normal wear and tear that occurs during use
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery (e.g., washing incorrectly, ironing at too high a temperature)
Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, send an email to the address listed in our Contact Us section. Your email must contain the following information:
- Your full name
- The order number associated with the purchase
- The specific item(s) you wish to return
- A clear, well-lit photograph showing the quality issue
- A brief description of the defect or damage
We will review your request within 1 to 2 business days. If approved, you will receive a return authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label via email. Do not send any package back to us without first obtaining a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense.
Return Shipping Process
After receiving the return label, pack the item securely using the original packaging if available. Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any location of the designated carrier. You are not required to pay for postage or insurance, as the label covers standard shipping costs.

Return Shipping Cost
We provide prepaid return shipping labels for all approved returns at no cost to you. There are no restocking fees, processing fees, or any other deductions from your refund amount.
Inspection Upon Receipt
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify the reported quality issue. This inspection typically takes 1 to 2 business days. If the inspection confirms the issue, your return will be approved. If we find that the item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., it has been worn or damaged by the customer), we may deny the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
Refund Processing
Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will equal the full purchase price of the returned item. Since we offer free shipping on all orders, no shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Posting Time
After we issue the refund, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. Credit card refunds typically post within 7 to 10 business days. Debit card refunds may take 5 to 7 business days. PayPal refunds are usually visible within 1 to 2 business days. If you have not seen the refund after 15 business days from the date we approved your return, please contact your bank or card issuer first, as processing delays may occur on their side.
Replacement Option
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request email. If approved, we will send a replacement item to your original shipping address at no additional cost. The replacement will be shipped using the same free standard shipping method.
