Accepted Payment Types
We accept the following payment methods for all orders placed on this website:

  • Visa: Credit cards and debit cards bearing the Visa logo
  • MasterCard: Credit cards and debit cards bearing the MasterCard logo
  • PayPal: Payments made through a PayPal account, including PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or credit/debit cards stored in your PayPal wallet

Payment Types Not Accepted
We do not accept the following payment methods:

  • American Express
  • Discover Card
  • JCB or Diners Club
  • Gift cards not issued by us
  • Cash, checks, or money orders
  • Buy-now-pay-later services such as Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, or Sezzle
  • Wire transfers or direct bank deposits
  • Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)

Payment Processing for Credit Cards
When you choose to pay by credit card, your payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway. The gateway is certified as PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 compliant, which is the highest security standard for handling cardholder data. Your card number, expiration date, and CVV code are encrypted and transmitted directly to the gateway. We do not store your full card number on our own servers. Only the last four digits of your card and the expiration date may be retained for reference.

Payment Processing for PayPal
When you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal login page. You must log in to your PayPal account to complete the transaction. After the payment is authorized, you will be redirected back to our website to view your order confirmation. We do not receive your PayPal password or any financial account details. We receive only your confirmed shipping address and the payment confirmation from PayPal.

Payment Authorization and Holds
When you place an order, we may send an authorization request to your card issuer or PayPal. This authorization may temporarily reduce your available credit limit or place a hold on funds in your bank account. The hold is typically released if the order is cancelled before shipment. The time it takes for the authorization hold to be removed varies by bank or card issuer, usually between 1 and 5 business days.

Payment Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and payment, but it does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. If there are any issues with fulfilling the order, we will contact you separately.

Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, you will see an error message at checkout. Please verify that the billing information you entered matches the information on file with your card issuer or PayPal. If the issue persists, contact your bank or card provider to ensure there are no holds or restrictions on your account. We are not able to resolve declined payments on our side.

Sales Tax Calculation
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where we have nexus or a legal obligation to collect tax. The tax rate is determined based on the shipping address you provide. The estimated tax amount is displayed during checkout before you finalize your payment. The final tax amount, if any, will be shown on your order confirmation and invoice.

Currency
All prices displayed on this website are denominated in United States dollars (USD). We do not accept payments in any other currency. If your credit card or PayPal account is denominated in a different currency, your bank or PayPal may apply a currency conversion fee. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or international transaction fees charged by your financial institution.

Billing Address Verification
For security reasons, we may verify the billing address you provide against the address on file with your card issuer. If the billing address does not match, your payment may be declined or your order may be flagged for manual review. Please ensure that the billing address you enter matches exactly the address where your credit card statements are sent.

Fraud Prevention
We use automated fraud detection tools to screen orders. The screening process may check factors such as the billing address, shipping address, IP address location, and payment history. If your order is flagged for potential fraud, we may contact you to verify your identity and payment information before processing the order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

Receipt and Invoice
A receipt confirming your order will be sent to your email address after payment is completed. This receipt includes the order number, itemized list of purchased products, total amount paid, shipping address, and billing address. You may use this receipt as proof of purchase.
